At Murkwood Studios, your satisfaction is important to us! We aim to ensure every item you purchase meets your expectations. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below:

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made items, personalized orders, and sale items are final and cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, jewelry and other wearable items are also non-returnable if they have been worn.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variation, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Send us photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund minus any original shipping charges.
